Our Role
AYIO Jobs is an advertising platform for employment opportunities in the Australian transport and logistics sector, operated by AYIO Financial PTY LTD (ABN 41 670 505 816). AYIO Jobs is not a recruitment agency, employment services provider, or labour-hire company. Employment contracts and workplace matters are between employers and candidates directly.
Step 1 — Contact Us
If your complaint is about the platform, a job listing that appears misleading or fraudulent, or how your personal information has been handled, contact us first:

Please include your name, contact details, the job listing URL if relevant, a summary of the issue, and the outcome you're seeking. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 30 days.
Step 2 — External Escalation
Privacy
If you are not satisfied with our response to a privacy complaint, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC):

Misleading conduct

Workplace matters

Record Keeping
We keep a confidential record of every complaint we receive, our response, and the outcome, for at least 7 years.
